位置在東墨爾本，距離到市區的輕鐵大概步行5分鐘左右，不算很遠。 老闆人非常好，知道我們到市區很難停車，就讓我們在這裡停車停到下午3點。 但是要説明這裡並不是有些網友所説的免費停車，而是週六日免費停還是怎麼樣停，反正就不是免費停車，不過每天最多10澳元，比起在城市裡麵16~20澳元1小時的停車費，四捨五入等於免費。 房間也有一點點老舊，但是呢其實可以接受吧，真的能找到便宜停汽車的酒店不多了。

- Location: Super convenient — just 30mins walking or tram ride to the CBD. Perfect if you want to explore the city without being stuck right in the busy centre. - Value for money: Very affordable compared to most hotels this close to the city. Great option for budget travellers. *** Free parking: Big bonus! Saved a lot on city parking fees. Plenty of spots and easy to access. The room was basic but clean and comfortable — exactly what we needed for a short stay. Staff were friendly and check-in was quick. If you’re looking for a cheap, no-frills hotel near the CBD with free parking, this place is a solid choice! 👍🚗

Room was old and needs to be renovated. A lot of tattered things and furniture in the room. Bathroom also need some repairs first. The good thing was we could leave our luggage before check in. Good for one night, but I would stay there longer.

這是我在訂房網站上找到唯一一家可以免費停車，距離市中心又很近的酒店，走路去市中心都不遠，電車站也很近。酒店房間裡有個小廚房，麵包機、微波爐、冰箱、爐具等廚具、餐具一應俱全，老闆夫婦是華人，非常熱心，交流無障礙。推薦國人來住，性價比超高，我們住了三天，非常滿意。

Check-in was a breeze. Receptionist explained usage of key and access to hotel clearly. Room was great but you have issue with walking up stairs, you should indicate ground floor room in your booking as there are no elevator. Location is in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood. Kitchenette served us well. Unfortunately we did not have time to stay here longer.
